clean beach nice beach beach activities pool activities mold smell room smell transportation service service problem rain walk
the breakfast buffet offered a large selection of foods. lunch and dinner also had many options. the beach was clean and the staff collected seaweed each morning. there was a lot of activities at the pool and beach.
the room did smell like mold. then i was moved to a room in the farthest corner of the hotel.

a romantic getaway at sea
attentive staff fun experiences really good drinks
i found the staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. the pool aerobics and dance classes gave fun experiences. freddy made really good bloody marys, his bar service amazing.
the buffet sometimes felt crowded, needing a short wait for entry.

the room included a wide comfortable bed suitable for restful sleep. it also featured a rainfall shower and separate sinks. the room size was adequate with a lovely tropical view.

An Admirable Experience
good variety reasonable distances satisfactory view
The food included a good variety. The hotel is walkable, distances felt quite reasonable. Rooms were very good, the view of the pool was satisfactory.
The Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The resort provides numerous activities such as aerobics and dance classes. The premises include a secure environment, very well maintained. The beach has plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas.

The room had air conditioning. It worked perfectly. Beds felt reasonably comfortable. Internet speed was fast. It overloaded on the beach sometimes.

cold food reservation difficulty
the beach was clean and well kept this was something i expected and got.
the food was often cold i think it presents a health concern. i am not sure why the buffet options wasn't hot enough. also, the process to book a-la-carte restaurants was difficult, i could never secure a reservation. i find this frustrating since it limited dinning options.

balanced stay
sunbeds availability clean beach secure atmosphere lengthy check-in persistent vendors system failures
the beach offered plenty of sunbeds and shade from palms. the beach was clean and the atmosphere was good. the resort felt very secure and i didn't worry about my belongings even when unattended.
check-in took a very long time , and early check-in was not possible. i observed persistent vendors in the entrance hall , and they approached guests frequently. there was a multi-hour power outage that caused various system failures.
