attentive stafffun experiencesreally good drinks
i found the staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. the pool aerobics and dance classes gave fun experiences. freddy made really good bloody marys, his bar service amazing.
the buffet sometimes felt crowded, needing a short wait for entry.

The food included a good variety. The hotel is walkable, distances felt quite reasonable. Rooms were very good, the view of the pool was satisfactory.

clean beachcold foodreservation difficulty
the beach was clean and well kept this was something i expected and got.
the food was often cold i think it presents a health concern. i am not sure why the buffet options wasn't hot enough. also, the process to book a-la-carte restaurants was difficult, i could never secure a reservation. i find this frustrating since it limited dinning options.

the beach offered plenty of sunbeds and shade from palms. the beach was clean and the atmosphere was good. the resort felt very secure and i didn't worry about my belongings even when unattended.
check-in took a very long time , and early check-in was not possible. i observed persistent vendors in the entrance hall , and they approached guests frequently. there was a multi-hour power outage that caused various system failures.
